In the PBX management→ Trunk management, choose “Add trunk”:

Enter a name for the trunk to distinguish it from others, and choose which team it belongs to. Choose the protocol which you would like to apply to the trunk, SIP by default. The identity is generated by the system automatically. You can use the default templates as your trunk templates. Status is for you to decide if you would like this trunk to work. Others are optional to fill out.

Click “Advanced” to see more information:

• There are 2 ways to register the trunk: authenticate the IP or user name and password. The supplier offers the second one, so we will just skip the “authenticating IP” way.

In the “Advance”, you need to enter the configuration parameter of the trunk in the “Detail”.

• Write down the settings which match the trunk, use the IP to connect with the trunk. Write down the IP, username, password etc of the device as in the following figure:

• In the process of adding a trunk, * items are obliged to fill out, configure the parameters in the “Detail” to make it work. And only when the information is correct and matches, click save, then the trunk can be set up successfully.

“Add a extension rate”(Described in detail in the rate of management), click on “add trunks rules, fill out the trunks rules.

Return to the trunks home, you can see the newly added trunks in the first row of the list, double-click on the data, you can open the editing interface to modify the operation of the section data

Black font, double-click to edit the modified mouse to leave the system to automatically save the information, in gray can not be modified, click the “Edit trunks rules, you can edit trunks rules can also set a good trunks rules to delete, click the “Delete” button.

• Next we started to register softphone registered successfully after exhale.

Let's open the soft phone, right-click to open the softphone SIP account settings interface to register, click on “add” button

The registration string is completed, then the numbers to dial-in will enter the system you can set the appropriate extension or go to ring group adapter to handle incoming calls.
