====== Record App ====== In the menu on the left，click [Advanced]->[Record App]，we can open the recording management page，as follows： {{:en:module_manual:advanced:record_app_add_01.png?750|}} **Module function：**Create and manage the recording application which used in IVR module，it can generate recording files. ===== Add ===== Click the [Add] button，open the adding page of recording application，as it shown below： {{:en:module_manual:advanced:record_app_edit_1.png?750|}} **App Name**：To identify the recording application，it used to be chosen in IVR； **Init Call**：The webservice should be used in the beginning of this application，you should fill address、method and parameters of webservice； **File Path**：The store directory of recording file which generated in this application； **File Name**：The name of recording file which generated in this application，it makes up alphabets and digitals.To avoid overwriting existed recording file caused by duplication，you can set it as：[year]-[mon]-[day]-[hour]-[min]-[sec]-[callerid]-[sessionid] or [year][mon][day]-[hour][min][sec]-[callerid]-[sessionid]，it means that the file name like：year-month-day-hour-minute-seconds-callernumber-sessionID.wav or yearmonthday-hourminuteseconds-callernumber-sessionID.wav，please pay more attension to variable is case-sensitive，as follows： {{:en:module_manual:advanced:the_path_and_name_of_recording_file.png?750|}} <WRAP center round box 85%> Other Internal Variables in System： <WRAP column 20%> * systime * inputcode * callerid * didnumber * sessionid * TEAMID * TEAMIDENTITY * ENTERSYS * CURLANG * CURIVRID * AGENTNO * AGENTGROUPID * MODELTYPE * MODELID </WRAP> <WRAP column 45%> * systen current time * last customer input * caller id * DID number * session id of the call * team ID * team identity * answer time * channel languange * IVR id * last agent No. * last queue id * business type * business id </WRAP> <WRAP column 20%> <note important>Variable is case-sensitive</note> </WRAP> </WRAP> **Start Announce**：Select the voice should be played at the beginning of application before "Beep"； **Beep Play**：Enable or disable the "Beep" of recording； **Max Duration**：The maximum duration of recordings，the default value is 0，it means no limited； **Max Silence**：After how long silence，the system will end the recording.The default is 0，means disabled this function； **End**：结束录制需要的按键； **结束提醒**：是否开启录制将要结束时的提醒； **最大重录次数**：允许最多重新录制的次数； **剩余时长提醒**：剩多少秒结束录制时会提醒，此选项只有“结束提醒”为可用时才起作用； **Remind Type**：It includes default and WebService. You should also fill the 选择后者时，会出现提醒音获取的 地址、方法、参数； **Remind Voice Path**：The directory of reminding voice； When you finished，click [Save] button，you can see the new data on this page. ===== Edit ===== Double-click the application date，we can open the editing page and do some modification，as follows： {{:en:module_manual:advanced:record_app_edit_02.png?750|}}
