Customization Field Function in Call Center

This is used when the fields that already exist in the system cannot meet the needs of clients. Customization fields are used to save the information of the business.

Main table could be for individual or organization

Customization Fields in Campaign

When using the campaign module and all fields in the customer package that this campaign belongs cannot meet the business needs, you need to add customization fields to this package.

If you want to add a customized field for a campaign which uses main table, you have to add customized field for main table

In the list on the left, open customer –> customization page,

and you can add customization fields to the customer package or main table. Open the add page,

As the picture above, in the red box, select a customer package, add a customization field.

Customization Fields of Main Table

When using the main table module, and customization fields are needed for business needs, we need to add customization fields to main table. Now, the modules that use main table contains campaign( on condition that this campaign chose to use main table) and customer support.

In the list on the left, open customer –> customization and open the add page,

As the picture above, in the red box, if you select any customer package, then the field added will be apply to the package, which means, the field will not be added to the main table. If you want to add the field to the main table, do not select any package.

Customization Field Function in Virtual Call Center

When using the virtual call center module, the customization field of this module is independent of other modules. The customization fields added will only be applied to selected customers that call in ( that is, to add the fields to the customer tables that corresponds to each customer that calls in). In the list on the left, open customer –> customization and click add

As the picture above, select the customers who call in, and add customization fields for them.

Customization fields of work order

In the business flow of work order, we need to define some fields to improve the information of work order. Like the order of a customer buying something, we need to customize a field “whether the customer sign” to track the status of the work order.

When building or editing the work order, we can add field for work order.
