How to use customized link to integrate with 3rd party system

Using Link field, astercc will open a new page in your browser and put customer information in URL.

Campaign

Go to Customer → customization, click Add to add a new customized field:

1. Set language for the field. 2. When “Open pattern” is manual, agent needs to click button to go to the link.

When “Open pattern” is “Auto”, once customer information is open, astercc will open a new window

In asterCC-2.6-rc1, you can use link to open map:

Just replace the address in the following link:

address1, srcAddr, dstAddr is the field name of your customer

You can put any customer information in your link, just use ##customFieldName##. Such as: “##address1##”, “##age##”,“##individualname##”, like http://myapp.com/?phone=##phone1##&name=##individualname##&age=##age##
