After the devices have been set up, we need to configure the soft phone. When soft phone are registered successfully, inside calls can be realized.

SIP Account settings

To set SIP account, right-click eyebeam interface, choose the SIP Account Settings, click the Add button to add an SIP account.

SIP account is an SIP-type device added in the corresponding system. Enter the system, open the device management page, and double-click a device record to open the interface shown as below:

The red font identifies the correspondence between the corresponding item in the device information and the SIP account settings in eyebeam,

Displayname: enter the caller ID

User name:enter an identification for an device

Password:a device's password

Domain: enter the Intranet IP address of the system.

Click “确定” to submit the configuration.

the advantage of eyebeam over Xlite is that eyebeam supports multiple accounts, but Xlite only supports one account to manage the telephone service.

Tick the account needed, and click “Add” at anytime to add new accounts.

Eyebeam also supports the g729 coding

The “Ready” information will show up if the configuration have been submitted and registration completed successfully.

* Function keys:

Now, the soft phone has been successfully configured. You can use it to realize callings, incoming calls and inside calls.

You can dial extension numbers directly. When calls come in, their information will show up in the screen.
