Team management

You can regard teams as individual companies, and each team has its own extensions, agent numbers and rate. And agents, devices and queue should belong to a team. So the first step to configure the system is to ad a team.

Add team

In the menu on the left, User → team management, and click add,

Mandatory fields

  • Name: give the team a name to identify it.
  • Identity: This is the unique identity of the team in the system, cannot be repeated, and consists of only letters and numbers.

Once set, the identity cannot be changed.

  • Max Account number: The max number of accounts can be set up under this team.
  • Max Agent number: The max number of agents can be set up under this team.
  • Max device number: The max number of devices can be set up under this team.
  • Max queue number: The max number of queue can be set up under this team.
  • Max meet room number: The max number of meet room can be set up under this team.
  • Trunk: Set the trunk or trunk group for this team's outbound calls. Selecting trunk or trunk group, then all calls will be sent to this trunk.

Optional fields

  • Allow internal calls: Whether allow the devices under this team to make internal calls.
  • Agent REC file access: Whether the agents have the access to viewing the recording files.
    • No access :Agents cannot view their records
    • CDR and Recording :They can check their CDR and listen to or download their recordings.
    • CDR ::They can check their CDR, but cannot listen to or download their recordings.
  • Monitor force: All accounts and devices will be recorded.
  • Limit Type: Options are no limit, post-pay, pre-pay
  • Credit Limit: When limit type is post-pay or pre-pay, you need set a credit limit
  • Display name: give a friendly name to be shown on the agent login screen,can be up to 15 characters long.

Team Show Name

  • LOGO: a company logo will be shown after the agents log in.
  • Note: you can add some note for the team

Advanced

Team Advance

  • Company name: the company that hires this team (if any).
  • Company add: the address of the company
  • Company email: the email address of the company
  • Admin phone: the phone number of the administrator.
  • Admin EMAIL: the email address of the administrator.
  • Pun event URL: The email to receive the team events.
  • Prefix: The prefix when calling the extensions from outside the team.
  • Current credit: the current expense generated by this team.
  • total credit: the call credit of this team.
  • Account credit: Based on device rate, the money the team shall be received from the account.
  • System credit: Based on system rate, the money the team shall pay.

Double click to open the edit page.

  • Agents in team: Click the button to open the page that shows all agents in this team.
  • Accounts in team:Click the button to open the page that shows all accounts in this team.
  • Devices in team:Click the button to open the page that shows all devices in this team.
  • Blacklist:Click the button to open the page that shows all numbers on blacklist in this team, you can also add a number to the blacklist here.
    • numbers in the blacklist cannot call in this team.
    • Click PBX AdvancedBlacklist to open the blacklist management page.

  • White list:Click the button to open the page that shows all numbers on white list in this team, you can also add a number to the white list here.

Notes

  • User with system administrator authorization can add teams.
