When you choose hardware for asterCC Commercial Call Center system, you need consider the following facts
For a bigger system, you can use several servers for different work load, system are made up with three parts
PBX – require hard disk I/O(with recording)
Mysql Database – depends on the customer packages, it requires both CPU, memory and H.D. I/O, also you may need a Master/Master or Master/Slave system for H.A.
WEB – it depends on agents logged via browser, usually you need a new server every 60 agents, it requires CPU
